Privacy notice

Last updated October 9, 2026 (lead-source cookie added).

This notice explains what You Betcha Repairs collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a project request, we collect your name, ZIP code, project description, preferred contact method, the email address and/or phone number you give us, your timing preference if you choose one, and any photos you add. We don’t ask for your street address, budget or payment details through this website.

To block spam, we briefly keep a scrambled form of your IP address. It is deleted automatically after one hour.

How we use it

We use your request to review your project and contact you about it using your preferred method. We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to a marketing list from a project request.

Where it’s kept and who can see it

Requests are stored on our website server, hosted by Bluehost in the United States. Photos are kept in a private folder that isn’t publicly reachable on the web, and only the business owner can view them while signed in. When a request arrives, an email with your details (but not your photos) is sent to our business inbox.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond, plan and keep records of the work, then delete it. Deleting a request also deletes its photos. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t currently use analytics or advertising pixels. It sets one small cookie of its own, called yb_src, that remembers how you first found us (for example a Google search or a link we posted) for 30 days. If you send a request, that note is saved with it so we know which ways of reaching people work. It isn’t shared with anyone. WordPress also sets cookies for site administrators who sign in. If any of this changes, we’ll update this notice first.
